Excellent features, reliability. Great customer service. Nextiva is able to present complicated features in a manner that enables an administrator with limited experience to get up and running quickly. The customer set-up team is great, particularly Anastasia.

First of all, I got a live person after just a few rings. Then, Miguel, the service representative was very helpful and pleasant; he put me on a brief hold and then returned with an answer to my question. I was pleased by the level of customer service.

Richard Hernandez has been a big factor with our successful relationship. Richard is on target all the time and engaged in the success of Heaton Eye. I can't say enough about Richard and skill and dedication.

Nick @ CR - 02176356 (case #) was extremely helpful and diligent in following up with us to make sure we were being take care of. He called and emailed us multiple times to either keep us informed or check on us.

The ease of use on the desktop allows me to be more productive. I like that pulling up contacts, calling, texting, and seeing who is calling is as easy as working on my latest project. I can send to voice mail, three-way call, fax, do whatever I need to do, without having to leave my desk.

The user experience for Nextiva is terrific. I have the desktop app, the mobile app and a desk phone. I have a small office, so the phone tree/directory is relatively straightforward. The best feature is the ability to text from the office number. I have saved so much time being able to text my clients from the mobile or desktop app. My clients love it too. Nextiva is the first service I have been able to text from my office line. Other services have had to assign me a different number, so it confuses people.

The voice quality is my biggest concern as I am exploring working outside the United States in the near future. The cost was affordable as well. Very much looking forward to getting started once my number is ported. All in all really great. Easy to sign up. And getting my number porting started was pretty easy too. It's a new sys so it will def take a bit of time to get used to it. But unlike other calling platforms I'm looking forward to it.

I liked how the person on the line walked me through set up and explained everything to me.

Nextiva has provided us with a way to communicate with our clients in a streamlined and user-friendly manner. Whether I am at the office on my desk phone, at my home office on my desk phone, or working remotely using my cell phone or PC application, I have all the options available. We also utilize the text messaging option daily as many preferred communications of our clients have shifted to text messaging over the years.

Speaking with Nate today was like breathing a breath of fresh air! After several attempts and inquiries regarding the term and status of our contract, Nate actually called me! He took the time to read thru our account history and was prepared to answer all my questions and addressed my concerns. Today will be the 2nd of I don't know how many interactions, (most of them stressful), I've had with Nextiva, where I feel like someone actually cared about my concerns. Nate is gem and a perfect gentleman. Kudos.

Nextiva provides a reliable service, user friendly. Although it crashed at times, it can be refreshed in a matter of seconds. I recommend it to anyone who leans on making international calls on a daily basis.

Thomas was great, idk if it’s cause he’s a Thomas like me. But he did a phenomenal job explaining the benefits of the programs.
